Multiplatform Motion Design & Branding for Promos and Show Opens

Responsibilities developing Show Opens include a focus on show branding, concept pitches, design, storyboard, editing or directing editors, music direction, working with out of house vendors

On set experience capturing the content for the open include directing both photo and video shoots, directing talent and art dept; working with props and wardrobe stylists; working with casting directors; green screen

Responsibilities related to Promos include innovations to push the Oxygen brand further, strong typography and design skills, VFX, compositing, working closely with editors and producers, and finally delivering at a fast pace

Frequently collaborate with Consumer Marketing on high profile brand recognition events including Crime Convention, the E-commerce platform, or Times Square billboards campaigns. Also work with Ad Sales for developing, pitching and animating custom sponsorships

Advanced knowledge of technical aspects of video including codecs, frame rate, different formats and bitrates for ensuring top level broadcast quality and for best performance on social media

Managed freelance and junior designers to help maintain the look of the network brand; Created a freelance bible, organized library of assets for dept, on-board- ed new team members

Social Media, Augmented Reality App & UX

Selected to be 1 of the 3 in-house Social media task force team members from Creative. Worked closely with the Social team to create custom marketing campaigns that drove viewers. Closely followed analytics to recalibrate and course-correct campaigns during its run

Collaborated with the Emerging Media dept to produce an Oxygen branded “Forensic Detective” Augmented Reality App for iPhone. Game was soon listed as top game in app store and was downloaded 300,000x in a short period

Experience creating user experience breakpoints for several oxygen webpages and newsletter which received a 5% bump in open and click thru rates
