The Miles Davis Estate tapped artist Francine Turk to create NFTs for Christie’s Auction House.
She then asked me to merge her paintings to his music for the NFT.
The NFTs are snippets of Miles Davis’ most famous songs paired with sketches that Miles himself drew. Francine then expanded his sketches into full paintings for the NFT project. Francine is a Chicago based fine artist. She is the artist-in-residence at Chateau Marmont and has had a long relationship with the family of Miles Davis.
